Tsarin gwaji:An raba aladu casa'in da shida da aka yaye a kwanaki 21 zuwa rukuni bazuwar zuwa ƙungiyoyi 4 tare da aladu 6 a kowace rukuni, kuma an maimaita su. Gwajin ya ɗauki makonni 6 kuma an raba shi zuwa matakai 4 na 21-28, 28-35, 35-49 da 49-63. Tushen jan ƙarfe guda biyu sune jan ƙarfe sulfate da basic copper chloride (TBCC), bi da bi.
